Kelle Cunningham had her first appointment with David Lobur, M.D.; it was unlike anything she had ever experienced. They talked for 90 minutes. Dr. Lobur is one of six functional practitioners in a 50-mile radius of Pittsburgh who are certified by the Institute for Functional Medicine.
